Salina Helene Has Balls!

And we thought you were...

A couple of months back, I was so excited to hear that my co-worker was giving me a kitten. It was her boyfriend's, and I was told that it would be an adorable female one.

We decided to name her after our names: Shiela + Leanne = Salina Helene.

So one Sunday night, Leanne and I met with them to meet this angel and took her home. What a tiny, fragile creature. She'd hide under the bed at first but we'd always have some food waiting for her if she decided to come out of her hiding.

She eventually started to get used to the place and we always made sure she got everything she needed: comfy basket full of little toys for when she had to sleep, litter box, pet shampoo, cotton buds, baby oil, cool water, and of course, food (and Whiskas ain't cheap!).

She grows so fast! It's surprising how she transformed from an aloof kitten into an energetic, witty fella. She loves to hang out on my laptop and when I leave her, I'd have to fix a bunch of things when I get back: close 30+ tabs that she opened on my Mozilla browser, undo all the files she renamed with something like aaaaaaaaalffffffffsssssssss or ;dfllllllllllllldsssssssss, reply and apologize to friends whom she sent gibberish messages to in YM, et cetera.

Friends would come over our place and we'd brag about her smartness and her huge eyes. Of all the things to notice, at least two of them remarked that she had balls. Well, hell no. Of course she was female.

Days passed by and her features became more and more prominent. And yeah... those are balls.

Fuck.We'll never look at you the same way again.
